There is some pretty lame TV trope dialogue out there. I think, “move along, there’s nothing to see here” is probably close to the top of the list. Except, sometimes it’s true.
I was kind of hoping to get out in the middle of the day for at least one image, but work happened. I was back after a short stretch off and a bunch of stuff was on fire meaning there was no chance of a lunch break. I went for a 6:30 pm walk instead, which feels like a walk at midnight these days because of how early it gets dark now. I did find one large tree with leaves left on my route and it was busy coughing them all over in the light breeze. It’s sad when this is the most exciting thing you see in over an hour of walking.
Many sidewalks are still not cleared nearly two days after the snowfall, which made portions of the walk a bit challenging. I got some free dancing lessons along a few stretches but didn’t go down. I’m saving breaking my hip for when it is dangerously cold out to add to the challenge. Bragging rights, amiright?!?
Hoping for a lunch walk in some daylight tomorrow and also hoping that there is something to see, for a moment at least.
Cell phone image today. That is all.
