I was feeling marginally better yesterday evening so I planned to ride my eScooter to Gray Park for some shots of trees to use for more faux infrared photography. It turned out that I was still a bit wobbly on my pins so I wound up driving over instead.

There is a copse of trees at the north end of the park and a lean-to built out of fallen tree branches appears in it every summer like clockwork. There’s not enough junk scattered around for it to be a homeless person, so I suspect the local youth are having fun. Teens most likely given the size of the branches.
I refer to these impromptu structures as No-tell Motels as one year I encountered a pair of blushing teens rapidly exiting one upon hearing someone approach. The male was fumbling with getting his pants up while the young lady was wiping her face. Ah, youth. I managed to hold in my laughter until I made it a fair distance away, at which point I guffawed until my eyes were streaming with tears. There were no sticky teens yesterday, however. Just skeeters.
I was able to get solid food down and keep it down last night so I am on the mend. I also made it outside of my yard for photos. I’ll take those wins.

The camera used was my Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ50. Images converted to false colour, faux infrared in Photoshop.
