Well, I got sick again. I spent thirteen hours straight tossing my cookies yesterday. I couldn’t even keep sips of ginger ale down. Going to the lake to paddle board as planned was out of the question. I wasn’t even sure if I could make it around my yard. I still needed a picture for the day.

That’s it. That’s the image for the day. A single crufty flower picture. You’re welcome. I took five paces out back on my deck and realized that if I went down the steps I wasn’t coming back up again. That, and I had to make another run to the biffy to, y’know…

Reeds on the shore, Irrigation Canal on Thomas Drive, Strathmore, AB, 2024-06-18

I was scrolling through the images on my cloud drive this evening and realized that I missed processing and posting an image that I liked from June 18th as I walked along the irrigation canal on Thomas Drive at lunch. It was taken with a Canon EOS 30D as that was the camera du jour.

That’s all I’ve got for the day. Sorry.

Kit used: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra mobile phone for the crappy flower pic. A Canon EOS 30D with a vintage Pentacon Electric, Red, 50mm f1.8 manual focus for the reeds.
