Dirty faker, that’s me. The snow was getting to me so I had Photoshop generate an AI image based off of a photo I took earlier this year. Then I displayed the image on my large 4K flatscreen downstairs and photographed it using my Canon EOS R5 with my Helios lens.
That’s what the final image looks like, above. The main problem was that it was very blue (nature of the screen’s backlighting) and needed colour correction. Here is the original image that I photographed…
The apple blossom image above was created using Photoshop’s generative AI tool at 4K resolution so it perfectly fit the screen of my TV. It’s not what I’d do if I had better choices, but I don’t right now, so it is what it is. Photographers take what they’re given. When they’re given nothing then they take charge of the narrative.
AI generated image courtesy of Photoshop (seen on bottom) that was photographed on a TCL 55″ 4K TV with a Canon EOS R5 and a Helios 44m-2 58mm f2.0 lens with a reversed front element.
