The rain we needed a month ago finally decided to make an arrival. We should have about three inches of it by the time it quits.
It seemed like a good opportunity to test out the weather sealing on my Canon EOS R5, so outside I went with it and my trusty 70-300 mm lens to work the water droplets.
I was getting soaked fast, so I didn’t stay out for long, but the smell of the rain was glorious. It also cannot be denied that we need any sort of moisture at this point after what I think is close to half a decade of severe drought in Southern Alberta. As long as it doesn’t rain on Saturday. Fingers crossed.
